I’m Jenn, a Human Behaviour and Change Empowerment Coach passionate about supporting people to live with greater purpose, clarity, and ease.
My path has taken me from the corporate world to the healing space, and I bring the best of both together in the work I offer today.
I began my professional journey in the field of Human Resources, formally studying the dynamics of people and performance within organisation's. As I deepened my own personal growth and self-inquiry, I felt called toward a heart-centred approached that served the whole person.

Each of these practices shaped a deeper understanding of human nature—not just how we think and behave, but how we heal, grow, and transform from the inside out.Â
My work now integrates the science of human behaviour with the wisdom of the body and spirit. I support clients in reconnecting with their inner knowing, releasing limiting patterns, and moving through trauma and change with clarity, self-trust, and grounded action.
